It is signed "STERLING, 925," , " TALLERES DE LOS BALLESTEROS, TAXCO " with the Mexican eagle stamp in the centre, and also "HECHO EN MEXICO." The brooch measures approximately 6.4 cm x 7 cm. Weight is 37 grams. Estimated to date from the 1950's. It is in good vintage condition with small signs of wear commensurate with age.
